Once you have subscribed to and activated paid services on NearestMe.in, please note that the payment made for these activated services is non-refundable under any circumstances, and no refund claims will be entertained. NearestMe.in does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity of the content posted by other users. All our services are provided on a best-effort basis.

However, if you have a reasonable ground and wish to request a refund within 10 days of the payment date, we may consider refunding your amount only for non-activated services or as per the company's policy. The refund process may take approximately 35-45 working days, depending on the availability of information. Please send your refund request with details to billing@nearestme.in. The refunded amount will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. For example, if the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card.
